Data Recording Performance

The Spider-NAS records data to the NTFS file location. The data is transferred to a PC by using Crystal Instruments’ EDM software or by removing the solid-state drive and connecting the drive to a PC.

The Spider-NAS features 8 high-speed data buses which interface with each compatible front-end. Each dedicated data port can reach a theoretical speed of 480 Mb/second. When operating, the Spider-NAS stores data simultaneously for all dynamic measurement channels at 100 kHz sampling rate.
